Welcome!

Hello! I’m Pamela and would be honored to join you in your journey of changes, healing, and new beginnings in your life.

Understanding & Healing Across Generations

My Background

I am American/Canadian.  Native to Toronto, Canada.  I moved to Makati, Philippines and lived there from pre-teen to teen years.  At 15, I moved to California to live with family I did not know.  I understand the disruptions that come with major life upheavals.  Moreover, I understand the challenges that come with swimming in different cultural waters.

Comprehensive Care for All Ages

I work with adults, couples, families and children.  Symptoms I treat are: depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, adjustment disorders, borderline personality disorders, and substance abuse.

I believe it is a privilege to assist and guide you out of feeling stuck and into a place of flowing presence.

Foundations of Knowledge

My educational background includes studying Feng Shui through San Francisco University.  I became a Feng Shui Master in 2009.  In addition, I am trained in and use traditional and advanced therapies as described below:

Advanced Professional Development

Other advanced professional developments include include formal trainings with Betsy Bergstrom’s “Compassionate Depossession” and Internal Family Systems (IFS) instructor, Robert Falconer, “Unattached Burdens.”  These trainings promote a greater awareness of how vibrational energy fields impact mankind’s navigation through the world.

Therapeutic Techniques

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Jungian Sandplay, Internal Family Systems Level 1, 2, & 3.  I am a Program Assistant for Level 1 IFS Trainings through the IFS Institute.

Additional Modalities

I do couples therapy using a combination of IFS couples modality and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).  I also apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in my practice.

Some Client Testimonials

  • “I am incredibly grateful for my experience with Pamela.  Her compassion, patience’s and professionalism has been life changing.  Her care and support for my mental health journey is genuinely heart felt in every session.  Her knowledge of expertise has made working together pleasurable and delightful.  I have been fortunate to have her as she guides me through this process of healing and truly is been the biggest blessing in my life.”

  • “I was so lucky to end up in Pamela’s office.  She changed my life! In our sessions she was able to let me bring out why I was on a course of self-destruction .  Numbing myself with alcohol facing my childhood, bad relationships and bad decisions.  I hid my pain pushed it away for many years and it finally caught up with me.  I didn’t want to face it!

Pamela in our sessions was able to bring out things that I stuffed away and wanted to forget.   With her drumming sessions, I don’t know how, but she could see the things that I had stuffed away.  By bringing up all those painful memories and facing them I was able to heal.

Pamela is very caring, professional and a gift!  She has passion for her work and gave me reason to live again.
I am very blessed to have met her!  She is amazing!”

  • “As someone who has been on a healing journey for over 30 years, and has worked with a large number of therapists, I can testify that Pam is definitely a breath of fresh air.  Though we've only worked together for a short time, the work we have accomplished together has been monumental for me. Pam's mixture of education, timing, and just plain intuitiveness makes every minute of the therapeutic session count for me. She is definitely one of the best and I highly recommend her.”

  • “Pamela has gently guided me during deep depression and betrayal trauma. She is very knowledgeable of trauma and fluently uses IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy as well as other models of therapy. IFS therapy with Pamela has created the most progress I have experienced among years of therapy for complex childhood trauma.

With Pamela, I feel safe like never before, even the parts of me that tend to carry shame, feel safe being seen. She shares laughs when appropriate, and at times, I see her eyes well with tears. Pamela is professional, yet her presence is gentle, stable, and authentic. I can trust her to be with me as I experience and process life without being afraid she is taking something personally or trying to 'fix' me.  In the space Pamela provides, healing happens organically.”

“I have worked with Pamela indirectly since 2017.  She has embraced Equine Assisted Therapy and Learning as a helpful Complimentary Alternative Modality.  Since that time, she has grown her practice and her therapeutic skills.  Her clients share with me her compassion and caring manner and how she is open to trying other modalities, like Equine Assisted Therapy and Learning and embraces whatever it takes to assist her clients to heal.  Pam works well with both children and adults and is especially helpful with families.  Helping newly formed families become a unit who respect and care for one another is an accomplishment, and Pam finds ways to make them a family unit.  I highly recommend her.”
